ULI Awards - Habilis recognised for property excellence across Asia-Pacific

Habilis is a finalist in the 2026 Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence of respected international property education and research organisation, the Urban Land Institute. (ULI). We’re particularly excited due to the level of global competition these awards attract, but beyond bragging rights, Asian countries generally lack community mental health services and specialist supported housing for people living with chronic mental illness. It’s an opportunity to share the Habilis story across the region to highlight what can be done. 

ULI’s award criteria place particular emphasis on how a building or development provides amenity and benefit to people and the broader society – we’re proud to showcase the Habilis model and the benefits and savings it brings to Government and society as a whole.
