Habilis recognised for property excellence across Asia-Pacific

Habilis is a finalist in the 2026 Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence held by respected international property education and research organisation, ULI (Urban Land Institute). We’re particularly excited due to the level of global competition these awards attract - but beyond bragging rights, Asian countries generally suffer a lack of housing infrastructure for people living with chronic mental illness. The Habilis story is an exciting one to share across the region to highlight what’s possible.  

ULI’s award criteria place particular emphasis on how a building or development provides amenity and benefit to people and the broader society – we’re proud to showcase the Habilis model and the benefits and savings it brings to Government and society as a whole.
