WINNER - Urban Land Institute (ULI) 2026 Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence
It seems Habilis is capturing the attention and imagination of city-shapers across the world. We recently mentioned that Habilis had made the finals in the ULI 2026 Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence. We’ve gone one better this week at the finals event in Shanghai, coming away a winner! There was just 14 winners across the region in total, and the company is impressive.
Olav headed over to attend the event and accepted the award on behalf of Habilis and our team of talented partners who have contributed to the Summer Hill project’s success.
According to ULI, this year’s awards recognised outstanding projects from across the region that demonstrate leadership in urban development, sustainability, resilience, innovation, and long-term community impact. The programme received 49 submissions from 9 countries, reflecting the breadth and complexity of city-making across Asia Pacific today.
“The Awards for Excellence remain one of the region’s most important benchmarks because they recognise the full development process as well as the long-term economic, environmental, and social impact projects can have on communities,” said Angela Cain, Global CEO of ULI. “This year’s winners demonstrate how thoughtful development, strong leadership, and cross-sector collaboration can create lasting value while helping cities across Asia Pacific respond to increasingly complex urban challenges.”
